Madicaids Pakistan believing the best concepts and technologies for a clean atmosphere in manufacturing, the factory of Medicaids Pakistan has deployed separate and dedicated Air Handling Systems with a proper disposal and waste management. These systems facilitate division wise such as General Tableting, Antibiotics (Capsule, Injection, and Suspension), General Capsule, Syrup and Sterile Ophthalmic Solution filling.
Production line of Medicaids Pakistan one of the best facilities in Pakistan, geared to meet the International Standards. Manufacturing areas are maintained at a temperature below 22 Ċ and humidity of 22% respectively.
Cephalosporin Area of Medicaids Pakistan a new state of art area is spread over 1090 square yards. Dedicated warehousing activities along with cGMP compliant Dispensing and sampling booths are provided. The automatic manufacturing technology of oral and injectable cephalosporin is spread over two large floors on stringent cGMP compliant methods. These floors are equipped with air showers to remove dust and dirt from the person before entering into them.
